2005-17: Alternate Format Books in Public Libraries

Whereas, Mainstream publishers are now producing books in alternate formats such as audio and large print; and

Whereas, Libraries exist to fulfill the information needs of all citizens;

Therefore, be it resolved that libraries be required to purchase all available alternate format versions of a book that they are purchasing in print.
