Whereas, establishing explicit priorities for which the National Board is to play a coordinating role is likely to be a more productive use of the energy and resources of the members of the AEBC.

Therefore, be it resolved that priorities for which the National Board is to play a coordinating role be established through resolutions passed at membership meetings.

And be it further resolved that the National Board continue to work on non-priority issues that are time sensative and of high importance to blind, deaf-blind, or partially sighted Canadians.
