2014-03: Relaxing word limit for bylaw amendments
Whereas revisions to the bylaws sometimes require substantial verbiage to completely address the intended changes;
And whereas the limit of 250 words per proposal in Article 20.3 of the bylaws is not intended to apply to bylaw amendments;
Therefore be it resolved that Article 20.3 be amended to read: "The proposal, except in the case of a proposed bylaw amendment, shall not exceed 250 words."
