CNIB National Youth Council Town Hall - November 4th @ 7pm Eastern

Calling all youth with vision loss!

Please join us over the phone on Wednesday, November 4, at 7 pm Eastern Time for the first National Youth Council Town Hall meeting. Participate in a live call with other young Canadians living with vision loss to learn more about our work and how you can get involved.

Raise your voice for this very special, first-of-its-kind event. We're looking for input from youth across the country as we start planning the activities we'll do over the next year. So let us know what's important to you as a young person living with vision loss and tell us what CNIB services matter to you!

This is a unique opportunity to be in touch with your Regional Youth Council representative and be a part of the change to increase awareness of issues facing Canadian youth living with vision loss. Sign up today because space is limited!

We are a group comprised of young, passionate Canadians who are blind, partially sighted or deafblind. We support CNIB in the development of meaningful programming for youth who are living with vision loss across Canada.

Our mission is to bring a voice to the topics which resonate with youth with vision loss, including:

  • Strategies on transitioning beyond high school
  • Making decisions about post-secondary school
  • Finding a first job
  • Making friends
  • Contributing to our community
