The Canadian Standards Association (CSA), Canada's leading standards developer, and the Government of Ontario, Ministry of Citizenship, have produced a new standard that includes resources on how to recognize and meet specific needs of people with disabilities, service policy development and planning guidance on training, and a management process to promote continual improvement.
