AEBC's Volunteer of the Year Award for 2017 is Dr. Leo Bissonnette!
Even though Leo has only been visible at the national level as member at large he has been a loyal member of AEBC at the chapter level since we began in 2000.
These past two years he has made a major contribution to our organization with his writing skills, his knowledge, experience and personal contacts.
Perhaps some acknowledgement for all he has contributed can only support further future involvements.
